You can get a lot of ideas from the website “Rotten Tomatoes” which is all movie reviews. As every writer has his own structure and style, I am not sure what you are looking for . If the instructor is looking for something specific then you had best find out from them or a fellow classmate. Obviously if you make any observations or declarations about a film, you need to validate your statements with facts and examples from the film. Legitimate film critics are given in advance production sheets on the movies they review which contain stats on the cast and crew as well as pertinent production info like budgets and locations, etc.
It also helps to actually see the movie you are going to review :)

yeah just research other critics as reference.
and stay on point, describe the characters and the purposes they serve towards driving the plot, personal struggles, developing of emotions etc..imagery and overall direction are also points of reviewing.and most impotantly, how it made you feel, but stay away from personal rants.just be honest in what you felt the film did well and might not have done so well.
